I enjoy meditating in its many forms. I have studying it for years. I find it relaxes me, helps me to focus, and allows me to release illusions. I have a daily spiritual practice and meditation is a part of it. There is so much power in stillness and observing. There is so much strength in knowing how to allow and how to let go. Your daily spiritual practice can be 5 minutes to 1 hour long.
