Your meditation can be done while


Positions
- sitting (cross legged, half-lotus, kneeling)
- sitting in  a chair
- sitting on a cushion
- standing
- walking
- while doing a task mindfully


Eyes
- open
- closed
- slightly open


Hands
- on lap
- folded
- in a mudra
- facing upward
- in prayer in front of the heart
